Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists combine their in-depth knowledge of the body and how it works with specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose and treat symptoms of illness, injury or disability.


Stretch Therapy

Our Stretch Therapies are unique and complementary systems of table-based assisted stretching which focus on the muscles and connective tissues that surround and encompass the joints. They are used regularly to improve performance, improve flexibility and help prevent injury.

Daniela earned her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Brock University. Her academic journey reflects a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitation. Passionate about fitness and sports from a young age, Daniela played rep basketball and danced competitively for several years. While studying at Brock, she worked as an athletic therapist for a varsity soccer team and obtained her Personal Training certification through Canfitpro. Through these experiences, she discovered her love for helping others restore mobility, recover from injuries, manage pain, and enhance their overall fitness and athletic performance. River (he/him) is a Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a background in physiotherapy. He began his healthcare career in 2006 as a Registered Physiotherapist, working with the Chinese National Gymnastics Team, Tianjin SickKids Hospital, and in private clinical settings.

River graduated from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (OCTCM) and the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in Toronto in 2016, and later completed advanced acupuncture training at the Academy of Acupuncture in San Diego.

Madeline is a Registered Kinesiologist who is passionate about helping people improve their mobility, decrease pain and correct movement impairments. She graduated from York University with Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology & Health Sciences. She also holds a BFA in Dance Specializing in Choreography and Performance.

Madeline has extensive experience teaching dance as well as working as a strength and flexibility coach with a variety of athletes through Athletix Academy. She holds her Acrobatic Arts certification, is a certified LifeStretch instructor, and is constantly taking part in seminars and workshops to further develop her understanding of the body.
